In March of 2018 Pete decided to use his 20 years of experience selling land and create a Real Estate Brokerage that is hands-on and knows how to market land to the right buyers. At the end of 2011, Pete joined NY Land Quest, LLC and specialized in marketing and selling land, country homes, woodland cabins/camps and farms until March 2018.
Simultaneously, he worked land and camp sales in NY and ranch/land/cabin sales in Montana until 2011. There he worked as sales manager from 2001-2007 and in 2007 managed Western Skies Land Company in Lewiston, MT. Pete started in 1998 selling land and camps with Adirondack Catskill Land Company, which evolved into Christmas and Associates in 2001. Pete Martino graduated from University of Montana in 1991, after which he worked as an outdoor recreation facilitator, school teacher, and baseball coach until he moved to the Syracuse area 1997 and started his Real Estate career.
